UNHIDE PEN DRIVE FULLY

Sometimes when we insert this pen drive in computer, it shows the occupying space but when we open it is empty....

Why this gone like this...

This is because all the files or folders are in hidden mode 
If not it could be due to undetected malware.

Solution

 For remove malware or recover that files we must unhide our pen drive
To do that fully follow this steps.
 Step1: Open pen drive --> Go to folder options

• For windows 7, Click organize --> folder and search options
• For windows 8, view --> options --> change folder and search options
• For windows 10, view --> options --> change folder and search options / file --> change folder and search options.

Step2: Click view Tab --> select show hidden files, folders, drives --> uncheck boxes [ Hide empty drives, Hide extensions for known file types, Hide folder image conflicts, Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) ]

 You must uncheck Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) box by click ok, because many malwares are made by operating system extensions so if you not selected it you cant find the malware blocked folders and files.

Step3: Remove auto run files and malware infected files.

Step4: Then open hidden folder and copy your files to hard disks or any other storage devices.

Method 2

This method is only suitable for hidden files not made by malwares

Click on Start --> Run --> Type cmd and press Enter.
Enter this command.
attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.* --> Press Enter
( Here g stand for your pen drive letter, Here I assume your pendrive drive letter as g)

Method 3 

For quick copy the data without unhide the pen drive use this method 

Step1: Open pen drive and copy the location of the pen drive.

Step2: Paste that location on a browser like chrome, firefox,..

Step3: You will see the data in pen drive copy that and paste it to you drives.
